AngloGold Ashanti is a global gold mining company with operations, projects and exploration activities in 10 countries on four continents. These sites employ over 20,000 people – people with identities that are so diverse they are almost impossible to qualify or quantify.

A diverse workforce

Our employees consider themselves part of a variety of racial groupings and ethnicities. They represent all working ages. Some have disabilities. They configure their families in an endless number of ways. They follow numerous religions and beliefs, adopt countless cultural practices, and speak a multitude of languages.
