Our approach to diversity and inclusion has our leadership team at its core. They need to prioritise and push our diversity and inclusion agenda forward if it is to be properly integrated into the business and ultimately prove successful in the long term.
As a result, our corporate office has implemented a number of important measures, many of which will guide the initiatives that are rolled out on site.
